In the case of such events, we shall act promptly for rectifying the conditions.
• We shall observe laws, regulations and rules relating to private information protection.
• We shall revise our compliance program appropriately and in a timely manner and implement it continuously, by closely monitoring the shift of the environment surrounding us including the needs of the information providers and the trends of IT technology development.

Handling of Private Information

We will handle private information in the following manner, based on the Privacy Policy shown above.

◆Use of Private Information
We reserve the right to use private information of customers, users, vendors and other entities limited to the following objectives.
・To conclude a contract
・To communicate on transactions and to have business meetings
・To send notifications on and to provide product supports and service information
・To send notifications on exhibitions and seminars hosted by us,
・To conduct questionnaires
・To make an inquiries and to respond to requests

◆Control of Private Information
All private information is handled by a private information controller. The roles and responsibilities of the controller are clearly described so that he/she can perform his/her due responsibility.

◆Provision of Private Information
We will not disclose private information to any third party except for -
・that an agreement of the private information holder has been obtained,
・that disclosure of them is required by laws, rules and regulations, and that we outsource some of our business to our suppliers/vendors.
・In the last case, the following ‘Rules of Transferring Private Information’ shall apply.

◆Rules of Transferring Private Information
In order to provide better services to our customers, part of our business is outsourced to outside vendors. In the course of this, private information may be transferred to them. We will extend our due care and consideration to prevent leakage of information by selecting vendors that we deem that they handle private information appropriately. In concluding a consignment contract to vendors, provisions of appropriate control of private information and confidentiality obligations and other necessary terms to protect private information are included in the contract to manage it appropriately.

◆Disclosure and Renewal of Private Information
We will comply with the requests of our customers to delete, modify and disclose their own information held with us, with the range appropriate and reasonable. The foregoing sentence shall not apply if and when deletion, modification and disclosure would potentially cause adverse effects to life, assets and other interests of other customers or in the case that, in our opinions, doing so would cause tremendous hazards on business conducts of us.
Wherever there are laws and regulations on handling of private information, we will abide by them and take appropriate measures based on them.
