The Management of Technology, we call for, is, of course, based on technology. As a developer of core technologies on fragrance and fragrance energy, we, at SEEMS, aim at contribute to the society through providing consultation services and development of products based on the technologies. We own various unique technologies on fragrance and drive ourselves forward to research and development on it.
What is MOT?
Management of Technology (MOT) means a way of managing a company by recognizing ‘technology’ as ‘businesses.’ The ‘technology’ includes merchandizing and application of the latest technologies and bringing technological innovation to production controls. More precisely, MOT means identifying unique technologies, potential competency of our own company and utilizing them effectively by recombining and investigating objectively the current technology and knowledge we have into a new mode of technological and knowledge system.
Technology occupies a fundamental position in any companies and in economy as a whole. How to manage technology is an important issue. MOT is a mode of management that ensures each technology-oriented companies and organizations to create the next generation businesses continuously for sustainable development. It is a must in the era of business environment which global technological innovation can change the premises of business conducts.
